If this is true this is fucked up, but my problem is that there is a lack of evidence to suggest this really happened. The text messages do not have anything like a username to prove it was the victim and they don't mention Ava(flor) explicitly so how do we know these are even about flor or if its even the victim saying this.
If more evidence comes out to support this I'll be more inclined to believe it, but with something of this nature I feel like you need a lot more evidence than just texts.
I don't want to jump to conclusions and call someone a r*pist without both sides of the story or very little evidence, so I will either wait for flor to reply or for more evidence to come out to decide how I feel.
