role wise it makes sense to have Tess to replace Vash yess. But tbh I dont rate anyone higher than Azys on duelist in PH Zeus and Azys are more like 19-20 to each other . Also Azys is very fast learner he can take up any role needed within a month or 2 and he does IGL/2n calling which even Tesseract does so having that voice will help now that leadership of Vash is gone

More like a Top tier duelist who can flex to initiator though he plays more of flash ini than recon ini playing KAYO and Skye though he has played Sova too in past when needed . He is same type of player as Veqaj is plays traditional dueslists very well and can flex to Viper and Initiator.

TS should ideally go full PH and bring both of them bcz Azys and Tess have great synergy together having played so much together but with Sylvan playing well recently its unlikely they will drop him but maybe -JCvash for Tess and -berserx for Azys is the way to go . Anyways Xipto cant really utilise Azys well I dont have hopes from them in VCL SEA from what I have seen so far. We are in the qualifiers if you are talking about ENC , orgs can't really stop players its scheduled in off-season for Valorant everything for the current year will be over by then and players can focus on it and grind.
