Passive info does not matter alot in ranked as ur duelists will most of the time push something and get info. If they push A and no one is there now you know where they are gonna be easy. If ur so obsessed over passive info its not like sage gets 0 passive info
It may be just me who is bad with vyse ult but i catch my self not ulting alot of retake rounds especially on A since im anchoring B and the team wins without it idk could just be me but sage ult is way easier to get value out of

Saw a forum that said she is bad in split and is overshadowed by pretty much every other sentinel which is just false (in ranked)
What people dont understand is u dont need to instawall on mid and just by doing that ur gonna get so much more value from her on defense. Her wall on attack is also insanely good on postplant combo it with sloworb and enemy cant retake.
With the new buffs self healing is now very viable and especially on a map where raze is popular against chip damage and spam through smokes.
Her slow orbs give way more delay oppurtonity then lets say vyse or cypher as any good raze player will have good grenade lineups for their utility meanwhile sage slow is guaranteed combo with a smoke on B main and ur B player is gonna get a free kill spamming through a smoke
While vyse and cypher get passive info on ranked that dosent mean as much as youd think
Her rez is very situational but so is the vyse ult imo. While cypher ult will get more value than sages 7/10 times vyses ult is very underwhelming especially on split where you dont really have any good spot to ult which clears all of site and even then good players will have shorty which are deadly on a map like split.
So pretty much sage is the best sentinel on split IN RANKED and if u think otherwise u must be diamond and below
As a sentinel player who has played cypher, vyse, sage and chamber on split in immortal lobbys i can say that vyse is the most fun while sage gets the most value for the team.
You never need to instawall on mid. If u hear them rush mid save ur wall for other time. This is something diamonds dont understand. While vyse gets passive info from her wall her setup on b/a is very weak as people insta pop her thorns and get 0 value from them. Meanwhile sage orb as said is guaranteed 7 secounds of delay wjere ur teammates can rotate and help
Tldr: Sage IS the best sentinel on split IN RANKED and if u dont think so ur plat and dont know how to use her glhf

Nah dont think so. I feel like we need a good and consistent sentinel player instead of yong or free1ng can play sentinel and we get a new flex player. Stax in Stax out Stax in wont work and never works for any team. BeyN is a good IGL and a good scan initator in terms of his utility. I think DRX should try to go for an experienced T2 or T1 player just like Hyunmin and Free1ng where
