it depends on the person and how fast your basic metabolic rate is. I'm 5'4" and always teetered between 45-48 kg so I'm pretty lucky. cardio and a lean diet is prolly your best bet but no one here's a fitness trainer so just find what works for you

i think duelist splits into main duelist entry/flex and jett/flex since jett is kind of strange being a duelist that does well on lurks and needs a slowish playstyle around her to take advantage of her awping power and her high dueling success rate with the get out of jail free card
