assuming every region & team is equal, its a 1/16P4 % chance which is 1/43680 or a 0.002289377289% chance
Edit: The number provided above is for 1 specific region to all be in top 4. For any region would be 0.002289377289% * 4 or 0.009157509156%

if we wanted to know in how many of the 43680 combos EMEA would be all top 4, it would be 24/43680 = 1/1820, not 1/43680
- for ex. the top 4 could be in different orders: FNC, VIT, FUT, TH / VIT, FUT, FNC, TH. yet all are still from EMEA.
if we wanted to know in how many of 43680 combos any single region is all top 4, it would be 96/43680 = 1/455

I like this. But Acend was different because DRX had like 2 roster changes and 6 roles changes throughout the year
