I know they will never change the format since riot is milking the scene from China, but I feel like other regions deserve more spots in these international events. I like the format in 2023 where they gave EMEA an extra slot for winning masters. China maybe has 2-3 teams that can compete internationally, but their level of play is just outmatched by so many teams playing in other leagues. I feel like Riot should either remove one slot or just have CN and Pacific combined with more Pacific Slots.

Could we potentially see more than 4 americas teams(na+latam) at those tournaments? It’s kinda sad that some good americas teams got left out of champs this year.

Current Americas clears. Only Nongshim and Paper Rex can compete with the big boys (100T, LEV, NRG, G2, LOUD). Maybe T1 as well, but I don’t see GE and GENG beating these teams in a BO3 or BO5.

Honestly what were they expecting doing roster changes and role swaps in the middle of the season when they made the first masters tournament of the year. Feels bad for them mane but management shot their selves in the foot for this one. Good season m8😔
