- Kingdom, you might dislike the animation at first but it gets better by time... its also based on real life events..
- Vivy fluorite eye song - not a musical just give it a try, one of few stories that made me feel something after watching it, really good music and no nsfw there.
- Steins:gate, can't tell if you have seen or not based on your 0 episodes there but it's a must watch, I don't think that there is explanation needed here
- Shiguang Dailiren - same with steins:gate, you got it in list but 0 episodes. one of the better time travel animes with really great characters too.
- Drifters - First two episodes were worse than rest of the anime, if you start it keep that in mind... one of the better military and war based animes out there with some comedy in it too.
- Megalo box - boxing anime that does not remind me of a story that you would usually see in Japanese animes but rather in some western made animations ? it was great and short, not as long as hajime no ippo and so can be completed in a night or two but there is second season too which is a must watch as the story just continues perfectly with new characters and events you could not imagine happening after watching the first.. it felt somewhat similar to how the story went in rocky movies when the new guy showed up/

Literally 90% of anime and manga are reskins of the same themes. The ones that stand out are the ones that expand upon them with originality and new concepts, or just have amazing animation and the story can be mid.
At least dragon ball actually has nostalgia and is one of the classics of Shonen anime that others try to imitate. There is a reason it’s lasted all these years.
