@shroud joins the Sentinels Valorant roster
shroud's illustrious CS:GO career kicked off in 2014, when he joined Cloud9 as a permanent member following the organization's acquisition of compLexity, on which he was a stand-in. During his four-year tenure, shroud claimed a heap of podium placements, the latest of which was a second-place finish at ESL One Cologne 2017. In 2018, he retired from the game to pursue full-time content creation.
Since then, shroud has become one of most popular streamers on Twitch. He dabbled in competitive Valorant when he and several streamers made a limited appearance in last year's Stage 3 Challengers qualifiers under the moniker What's going on What's going on Inactive .
Sentinels will play in NA Last Chance Qualifiers in August, where they will face seven other teams to fight for a Champions appearance in the following month.
