The maps are balanced. Ancient is probably the most ct sided map of the map pool but it’s overall just how good the m4a1 is atm. Thé ability to spam smokes and have no location or info to wear and the ability for multi frags with the gun is insane.

It’s not the maps are ct sided. It’s just how good the m4a1 is atm. Thé gun allows so much favourable stuff for the cts to do. However if a T side is played properly then it’s still 50/50s. It’s just a lot of teams have their ct down to a science now with the a1s.

I don’t know if you’re referring to pro play or just overall high elo game play but the two highest ranks in Valorant aren’t that hard to get from my experience.

Play with what you have fun playing. I like how a decent amount of Valorant players shit on any game that isn’t Valorant though. I’ve had more fun playing overwatch than I’ve had playing Valorant. Does it mean I hate the game? No, it’s just one game is more fun than the other. The community in Valorant is what ruins the game for me.

I’m just saying though that the monitor isn’t the reason you are bad or not lol. It’s certainly possible to get high ranks with a 60hz. I’ve done it, there are other people who have done it as well. It does make a difference, I said 60-144 is huge. If you can’t afford 144, 120 is the exact same as 144 when I was messing around with different hz. I have a 165 personally but I’ve used 240 and haven’t really noticed the difference between the two.

Cs in NA is pretty good for the most part. Obviously not how it used to be but it’s still pretty popular even after Valorant. From what I’ve noticed is a lot of Val players never played CS and came from other games like League apex Fortnite etc. Or Val is their first fps ever. I think Valorant is more easy to get into especially for the casual. Game isn’t insanely hard so it can be pretty rewarding.

Cs is better and more enjoyable imo but Valorant is more new and trendy. I enjoy Valorant but wish thé game didn’t limit itself with the skill gap. Things like gun skill, movement, and just overall aim isn’t as important for skill like CS which is fine. I just get frustrated when I see people in my rank and when I watch them play, they just look totally lost and I wonder how they are here. The game is pretty forgiving.

60-144 is a big difference. But 144-240 not so much. People have this misconception that getting a better monitor will make you better. When I got my new monitor, I didn’t get better, just everything was smoother. I’d get a new mouse over monitor imo.

I hit A+ back in 2017-2018 with 60hz which is objectively harder to hit than immortal from my experience. 60-144 is a big difference I won’t lie. But 60hz isn’t impossible to be good at the game or not win gun fights/have good aim. It’s just become an excuse. Improve your reaction time if it’s an issue.

It’s just the game was a lot smoother. I think you’re just scapegoating your monitor for you losing gun fights. Besides, Valorant isn’t very demanding on pure gun skill. Learn how to play around and predict abilities more and you’ll rank up.
