If it did then that has to be a first..
Seriously, I’ve never seen a pro valorant game ever start on scheduled time..
It blows my mind how much people look at stats and not at the games. Support players have more impact than just k/d, just thought I’d let you know.
I mean.. he has 3 new teammates and a new coach, obviously things are gonna change. Probably has less freedom in NRG
Imagine waiting from August until February to play official matches, only to have to wait another 2 months again because you were eliminated early. How is this going to sustain good viewerships if peoples favorite teams never play? In CS there are tournamens all the time which is good for maintaining viewers but also the interest in the scene and even tier 2 scene is doing fine. Why kill tier 2 Valorant scene and also letting some franchised teams play 10 games a year?
It’s been 84 years..
his cat sit on his keyboard when he made that account?
When Fnatic lost to Liquid in emea finals I got downvoted so hard and received so many comments for saying Fnatic still is one of the favorite for Tokyo. Can we please stop being this resctionary? Fnatic are by far the worlds best in 2023. Also GG’s to EG, hell of a performance from them through the whole thing ❤️
Not at all. Although they've looked pretty much flawless this far in 2023 up until tonight.
Why am I getting downvoted on this? Are people really this reactionary?
oh come on, it's ONE game. Fnatic still one of the favorites for Tokyo.
Let’s be real, Cryo is one of the best duelists the game has to offer. One loss won’t change that, and it’s not like he was awful anyway.
I'd say Pansy would be the most hype caster for those scenarios
Sorry, haven’t really been on this page lately
I just can’t help but sit here and be annoyed that Riot makes these people and teams travel from all over the world to Brazil to play in a tournament only for it to be a single elim bracket.
Anyone else bothered by this? I feel like they either should have reduced the amount of participants, extended the length of the tournament or run multiple games at the same time to allow double elim brackets at the very least in the group stage. I could be alone in thinking this though.
People claiming C0M wasn’t good enough clearly never saw him IGL a mid Akrew roster to top 10 in NA. Even with low frag numbers he still has so much impact.
were you not able to come up with a worse take?
He said something about negotiations breaking down, but I don’t know.. was just looking forward to see him on the roster :/
not only is that a hilarious reply, but it's actually true by the looks of things
I think C0m has looked pretty good for them, important to know he hasn't been there long and learned new roles.
most of the good players have buyouts
Either way I’m fairly certain he joined the roster only for LCQ and potentially champions.
Yeah they were an amazing team. Hopefully Loud finds good replacements. On the bright side we get to see a crazy Sen line-up with SA and NA players.
I think Depph seems like a good addition
People kept forgetting he was IGL’ing and playing new roles to make space for others. Not his biggest fan, but I’ve seen IGL’s play so much worse than him without hearing a word about it.
Beastcoast were pretty good
nah the competition is just gonna be too strong after franchising.
They had potential. Hope tier 2 scene is fixed asap.
Give him some time to actually grind, scrim and work on his tool kit, then we’ll see what he can do. Honestly can’t wait, this is so exciting!
Surely this has to be streamed, right?
as were we, my friend :')
Dunked on by the player that literally JUST left them lmao
definitely. Many close games that could have gone both ways. Still grateful they qualified for once and made a good effort to improve.
I do agree that they shouldn't have trolled today, these guys still have way too much to prove to be throwing big stage games like this one.
it's because they lost against both The Guard and NRG, which ultimately would have been the deciding factor if they ended on the same score.
Not sure you're hitting too well with these comparisons fella
It's gonna be 1-4. Also a lot of the BO3's have been close. They're not taking this serious because it is literally impossible for them to qualify for play-offs.
