Report: 100T to sign ec1s as IGL

Its not a horrible idea, on maps like bind if they want to run double controller (that being astra and viper, assuming ec1s is on astra and hiko is on viper) you can get sinatraa on sova. Plus sinatraa isnt a sova one trick, he can flex well on to kayo raze and even cypher
