They didn't want to give them ult orbs for free.... is that not obvious?

lmao fair enough I need to change it anyway

if it doesn't work it doesn't work ya know? I'm all for committing to players but sometimes your just wasting time

posted about a year ago

I disagree, Sentinels had probably the most dominant win at an international lan ever and it was the first one, they were the first best team in valorant. Not to mention their era also included masters 1 in NA

Here me out
Poach - intiator/igl
Wardell - chamber/sentinel
zombs - smokes
android - flex (intiator, smokes, sentinels)

5th player is debatable, duelist could be mummay, shanks, dynamic,
could also put wardell on jett/chamber (similar to yay) and pick up another flex player that is comfortable on raze

First off you’re comparing stats of a group stage tournament of T1 players and random matches of T2 and T3 players

Second off, FaZe’s first major qualification in over a year was with poach and right after he joined and now they’re replacing him.

I'm doing alright, thanks for asking!

You do realize when i refer to "form" i mean their form relative to the rest of the region/world? I thought that was obvious but i guess not. I pointed out may 2021 because thats when they were undeniably the best team in the world, if you were to put any team from a year ago up against a current tier 2/3 team they obviously wouldnt win, thats how its worked in basically every game to ever exist

posted about a year ago

i can see why

posted about a year ago

yeah... Why don't u look at some of steel's last matches and come back to me

posted about a year ago

Not the worst idea i've ever heard but tbh but it all depends on weather they can find a better igl than shahz and i don't really see that happening

posted about a year ago

Yeah I don't agree at all, I don't think they'll ever be able to achieve their early 2021 form but SEN 100% have the roster, potential and experience to be a top team in NA again.

posted about a year ago

Just went through the stats

TenZ has gone positive in 16/19 matches (84%) despite the fact that they've only won 11/19 of them (58%)

He has gone positive overall in 100% of every series he's played this qualifier and has top fragged in 6/7 (86%) of them

He currently stands at 7th in ACS and 5th in ADR this qualifier if you set minimum rounds played to 200

posted about a year ago

all i'm saying is that TenZ legitimately looks like he's making a comeback to the top of NA and if his teem can find a way to catch up to him then we may seen the revival of sen as a top NA team

posted about a year ago

Sentinels haven't been doing so hot this year, but has anyone else noticed how consistent TenZ has played during these qualifiers? Are we going to see a return of 2021 Reykjavik TenZ soon?!?!?

posted about a year ago

agreed, that being said I think she would rather be the best female player in the world than some average T2 player

Severe underfragging is completely overexaggerated, the only recent series that he's played badly compared to his team was vs LG and even then it wasn't that bad. In the group stage and playoffs hiko had 3 less acs and the same KD as bcJ. not to mention his role was getting swapped around and they were making roster changes mid group stage

posted about a year ago

unfortunately the level that many female pros is limited to tier 3 teams so they have the choice of either playing with them and making no money or competing with other women and making money. Its unfortunate that that's how it has to work but for now it may be for the better

posted about a year ago

penny thing is definetly debatable but i stand with everything else i said

posted about a year ago

not saying their bad or anything, theyre prolly the best NA has to offer theyre just not the ideal superteam

posted about a year ago

lol

posted about a year ago

you don't see C9 playing in vct along with dignitas and shopify rebellion and more? they play and lower-tier events too. The only reason they might not be playing is cause they get shit on by random unkown teams

posted about a year ago

ehhhh
yay, crashies and marved - close enough,
victor - maybe top 3
fns - debatable if he's even top 10 frag wise, igling is pretty good ill give him that but everything else is meh

posted about a year ago

Hiko > bcJ and effys imo otherwise yeah. Also I’m not just talking about mechanics, hiko has a really good understanding of the game and has some of the best útil usage out of all of them

posted about a year ago

i said what i said

posted about a year ago

i totally agree, hiko is prolly not he best player for the team rn. hiko being a top 5 sova is also a testament to the NA scene not being very high on sovas and hiko still being a solid player

posted about a year ago

yeah i bascially agree with everything u said.
penny overall doesnt always play to his full potential but generally he always shows up in some way'
effys and wippie i agree with
valyn is 3rd for me behind zander and marved but u could make a case for any of them
zellsis being top 3 is a little spicy, i honestly think that there are like 6 players that could be considered top 3 flex (victor, zellsis, zekken, bang, xeppaa, sick)
The reason i have them as the #1 super team is cause if i were to take the best players from each role at least 2 of them would be from V1 + the rest of the team is really solid all around

yeah that's pretty respectable. OpTiC is a close second for me, they get held back a bit by crashies underperformance recently and fns being pretty meh. victor and marved are on the same level as zellsis and zander imo.

posted about a year ago

yeah what im saying is he is obviously good on lan and even still he puts up frags at the level of ethan and nitro when he was on the team, generally only plays bad when the whole team altogether can't get anything done. Not to mention how good he is with util

posted about a year ago

i meant to say NA, NA only has like 2 of the top 5 sova's in the world lol

posted about a year ago

I think he gets shit on by the community too much, the way he played vs acend and gambit at masters 3 was insane and its kinda overshadowed by all the negativity

posted about a year ago

wippie is the best sentinel player in NA
zander is the best smokes player in NA (only one who comes close is marved)
zellsis is a top 3 flex
penny is easily a top 5 jett off consistency alone
effys is also really consistent (maybe top 5 sova?)

in order

  1. V1, individually, is the closest NA has to a super team

  2. The Guard is an incredibly good team however they are still in their honeymoon phase and likely will not remain a top 2/3 team after Reykjavik

  3. Hiko is still a top 5 sova and still had tier 1 potential, however, he doesn't play at the level that nadeshot wants 100T to be at

ty for coming to my TedTalk

posted about a year ago

well shahz has said that "his life" is more often than not streaming. and sure they most likely scrim less than most teams but don't u think its insane to say that he doesnt pracc at all like this guy is saying?

posted about 2 years ago

You don't think he does this stuff already or has a specific time that he works on all these things? hes been streaming this long forever even at Reykjavik last year and you could see the time they put into strats then. Just cause ur not directly seeing them in game doesnt mean its not happeneing

posted about 2 years ago

The sentinels players? Like the ones that actually know how much they scrim. Shahz has literally gone over on stream when they started scrimming again, how often they scrim and has said that the only time they didn’t scrim since after the champs break was when tenz was flying to LA

posted about 2 years ago

only considered the star player cause he was on the jett role and definitely didnt overperform thats ridiculous

posted about 2 years ago

i had no idea there was people that actually believed this LMFAO theres a reason its a rumor because it has been disporven by so many different people lmao i thought it was common knowledge that it was fake. maybe they dont pracc for as long. also shahz is just a different beast when it comes to playing for long periodds prolly cause he actually enjoys the game and can have fun streaming he doesnt look as worn out as others. hes talked about stuff like this a lot on stream, and hes actually a genuine guy that wants the best for his team

posted about 2 years ago

of course i dont know his schedule or how long they scrim for but neither do u.... the point im making is that theres generally time in the day to stream, he has the time just as someone from a 9-5 has. In reality every single person on sentinels is spending the same amount of time as shahz "slaking off" they just dont stream for a majority of it. and ur right they did look pretty bad strat wise but that jsut doesnt correlate to him streaming during the day, but more so what the are working on during thair prac time

posted about 2 years ago

also i meant to say scrim not stream so disregard that lol
