I think the main confusion here is created also because of our neighbouring countries as well like BD , Sri Lanka and pak people from there also live in abroad and I believe there are misconceptions created as well

idk man people of the same "kind" tend to have the same tendencies. If you've been burned once by a certain kind and have given different people from the same kind multiple chances, at some point ur not going to engage that kind anymore. It's luck of the draw end of the day. Connect with the people that want to connect with you and the ones that don't, you don't have to take it personal.
That doesn't mean people should just be outwardly racist but hey man that's been the internet since forever. I suggest going offline for a while, maybe read books, or pickup cycling, etc (things where racism doesn't really exist). If you are chronically online, then avoid places that are heavily racist/ignorant. If you have a racist teammate, mute them. Racists in a twitch stream? Close chat. So on. Yea it's not ideal, but if it's affecting you that much then make the changes, life is full of compromises.
