The duo departed the organization last year after failing to break past the group stage at Champions.

A veteran and renowned in-game leader of the scene, FNS rose to fame by calling his way to first, second, and third place placements at every international LAN event of 2022. His leadership and guidance allowed the then- OpTic Gaming OpTic Gaming Inactive squad to go toe to toe with LOUD LOUD Brazil Rank #1 pANcada Bryan Luna saadhak Matias Delipetro Less Felipe de Loyola tuyz Arthur Andrade cauanzin Cauan Pereira in what is considered the most competitive rivalry in Valorant history.

s0m was also present with NRG and every iteration of their roster dating all the way back to 2020. Upon the introduction of the partnership leagues, s0m was the sole remaining member of the 2023 rebuild.

FNS and s0m were a part of NRG's journey through their highs and lows of 2023. The pair were unable to outmatch the old OpTic core's results at international events, but still secured notable placements at LOCK//IN and Masters Tokyo. After bombing out of groups at 2023's Champions, both players announced that they would be stepping back from competitive play to pursue content creation.

NRG have had a disappointing 2024 season. Failing to qualify for both Masters Madrid and Masters Shanghai has prompted the organization to make shocking roster changes beginning with the release of Jimmy "Marved" Nguyen and benching of Max "Demon1" Mazanov. The two changes opened up room for the new duo, reuniting FNS with former teammates Austin "crashies" Roberts and Victor "Victor" Wong.

Only one more international event remains in 2024: Champions. NRG currently sit at a measly three Championship Points, meaning that they will most likely have to perform a deep run in Stage 2 in order to directly qualify to Seoul.
