NS winning the trophy was NOT a fluke, they were the best team at the right time and they clinched it. Sure, they're mid after that but that doesn't and shouldn't nullify their trophy win
exactly that’s what popping off at the right time is about. pop off during champs playoffs = win champs. pop off during stage 2 playoffs = qualify directly. pop off during stage 1 playoffs = qualify on points
Only if they make it to 4th in the split (which, at that point, would be a relatively deserved qual since 4 teams go anyway), otherwise depending on the draw it's basically impossible
