Depends on what you want, if you want to play on a low sensitivity i recommend it more than a high one, glass mousepad has helped a lot with flicking on 0.06@1600. You should look into LOCKON Odyssey, Dysphoria Rin, GLSSWRKS Duality/Polarity, Skadira and/or any aftermarket Tekkusai/GLSSWRKS Pads like Phantom, Beast or Zane. Wouldn't personally recommend pulsar just bcs i havent heard much abt it. Also stay away from Wallhack because their QC is utter dogshit
its not overpriced, quality glass for 70eur is a very good deal. Furthermore, Artisans dont last long in prime condition at all and ideally should be replaced after 1yr. I switched from a Hien Soft myself because glass never decays in quality.

Mods draft teams based on the rating system which afaik takes into account current rank, peak rank and changes as the season goes on (I started 24 rated this season and ended up 27 rated by playoffs due to outstanding individual numbers)
You can sign up as duo/trio/5q during the sign-up period as long as your ranks don't go over the average team rating (depends on the quality of the player pool, more higher ranked players means the rating avg per team will go up)
Generally speaking, there isn't a lot of toxicity in VCC (there used to be several times that much in previous seasons) and you aren't going to get flamed unless you're literally crypto throwing, as VCC has a lot of low ranks (someone did that this season and another admitted to trolling during games)
