Derke has almost been a good duelist every season with a few really insane forms (for e.g. the recent Champs form he was in). Its not crazy to put him up there.

Try to eat more protein and maintain 1500-1700 calories a day. Cardio helps as well. Start easy, do 30-60 min of fast walking or slow jog for 20-40 min. Increase intensity as you get more consistent. You can try some other workouts at home as well. Pushups, situps, squats and pull ups are really easy to get into. Never push yourself too hard when you are trying to lose weight. Avoiding injury and being consistent is the key. Try reading some books or learn a new activity that is not physical to keep your mental in check. Do all this and your fitness journey will be fine. It's okay if you fail once here and there. Just know it's ok to fail multiple times than just give up on your goal!

Would be insane if TH doesn't make it but overall its good for the scene. All these teams are playing insane and the competition is at all time high. You can't count out any team in intl events anymore.
No regen flashes make it hard to do a recon flash for info. Limits the amount of info she can gather in a round. Dog was nerfed before where it couldn't rotate while lunging and it stuns teammates as well. The nerfs over several patches made her kinda bad pick for a lot of maps.
