The roster means, Pancada is back on his old role, which is such a great thing.
johnqt is way better than your average T2 igl.
bringing him in allows zekken on duelist, sacy on initator, pancada back on controller, tenz probably plays a duellist / initiator flex role while johnqt is on the KJ, if you look up his KJ stats they arent bad at all. while he also has experience on breach

I bet you haven't seen any M80 game in the Americas ascension. T2 is just a name given to the teams which are not in franchising it doesn't mean that every single player can't play in franchise league or they are not good enough to play in it.

johnqt has never proved he deserves t1. he couldnt even win in t2 with arguably the best roster in all of t2
its not 2021 anymore. tenz is not that guy. the fact that hes still in t1 over guys like yay and koalanoob is mind-blowing
zekken is really good, but hes also not a true world-class player yet
Ascension final was literally a coin flip game. There was so much more talent amongs the top tier 2 players than in tier 1 (100Paycheck Thieves and MIBR) johnqt made goated mid round calls and adaptations making M80's gameplay way more competetive and interesting than dogwater franchising games such as DFM vs GE. SEN has 2 champs winners, 1 young talent, 1 masters winner and a fresh IGL ready to prove himself with all the right tool. Regardless of 2 of the playes being Brazilian by nationality, Sacy speaks fluent english and PaNcada has been in an supportive environment full of native english speakers and hence has had the time to improve his language skills and gain confidence to socialize.
That's not a problem for Sentinels anymore because pancada ain't a baby who will takes ages to learn a language. He was learnings English from the start of the last season and now probably his English is better than ever and Sacy already knew English so there is no point of bad chemistry because of language.
