We as a community need to stop caring about which streamer supports which team. it’s easily the worst discourse of all time.

reminder: Despite getting grouped 2x in his career, FNS has a 1st place finish, two 2nd place finishes, a 3rd place finish, and a 4th place finish.

If we as fans have any respect for the game, we ought to have respect for those who succeed in it. FNS is more qualified to give his opinion than 99% of current streamers.

A LOT of Pacific fans hate FNS/North Americans in general, however out of respect for the game you should AT LEAST respect North Americans who won titles (Sen, Optic, and EG rosters).
(You can argue that early LAN wins mean less, but I find it bizarre how so many people praise Gambits LAN win but discredit the Sentinels win. Be consistent) You cannot at the same time discredit FNS and his accomplishments while also praising DRX btw.

As an NA fan I have immense respect for every single EMEA roster that’s won a title, even though there’s a NA vs EMEA rivalry, because the respect for the game goes above any of that (Same goes with Brazil). I have immense respect for EDG even though they got grouped this tournament. PRX is undoubtedly one of the greatest rosters of all time and I have immense respect for them. It’s a shame some fans refuse to see it the same way and it causes the discourse to be cancerous.

If FNS offends you because he’s biased towards his OWN REGION please watch someone from your home country instead. No one is demanding Brazilian or EMEA streamers to not have any bias yet foreign fans demand it of FNS. It makes no sense.

As a NA fan even if Sen wins, due to the competitively unscrupulous qualifier, I will not equate this win with lets say Fnatics win at Masters Tokyo. However, Fnatics LOCK//IN São Paulo win in an all invite, fresh rosters, single elim tournament is worth MUCH less than even Madrid. Madrid is mickey mouse, but LOCK//IN was literally Disney world.

I think people just over rated their performance from the qualifier but its understandable after watching how successful they were but it was still to be seen how they would stack up against the best NA teams so ig we have a little sense of it now. I wanna see them go to Berlin but if they cant beat envy im not sure if they at that level yet tbh.
