, Leviatán eliminated Cloud9 in a five-map thriller to secure a grand finals appearance with KRÜ. Unfortunately, the team could not stop the Cinderella run that KRÜ had embarked on, and their 2023 chapter was cut short by the very team that went winless in the Americas League.
A series of roster changes ensued as Shyy and Tacolilla were swapped out for aspas and tex . The new iteration of Leviatán enacted their revenge on KRÜ in their opening match of Superdome, and went on to defeat Cloud9 and FURIA to win the event without dropping a map.
Despite their success in Colombia, roster changes were still in order. The organization expressed that the sudden change in the team was not planned, and that the future of the lineup would be announced soon.
