Cara o pior problema do BR não é puxar talento e sim gente capaz de guiar esses caras.

O maior motivo da LOUD ter tido sucesso é porquê Sacy e Saadhak existiram e trabalharam juntos pra guiar 3 monstros. Existem outras pessoas no cenário capazes de fazer o mesmo? Com a mesma cobrança? Com o mesmo mindset de campeão?

Do que adiantaria a FURIA ou MIBR puxarem uns moleques bons da ranked ou VCB pra franquia mas não ter alguém minimamente capaz de guiá-los? Só aconteceria o que está rolando com o Havoc agora, um moleque que tinha potencial mas está sendo extremamente mal guiado e provavelmente vai se queimar por estar jogando mal (o mesmo rolou com o Liazzi, mas ele tinha mais tempo de profissional).

Eu acredito que o nzr consiga montar um time bom se dessem a FURIA na mão dele, mas guiar um time sozinho será muito pra ele. Tem que trazer mais alguém pra ajudar, um jogador experiente ou um coach experiente, mesmo que seja um coach gringo. Daí, monta um time skillado e com talento novo, guiado por quem conhece do jogo saiba cobrar disciplina e ensinar como ser profissional pra molecada. Não esperar resultado imediato e focar no processo, assim, com o tempo, um time monstro pode surgir.

Think about this: Last year EDG improved a lot and even went toe to toe against LOUD in lowers in Champions (LOUD still had Aspas), and they even said they were extremely tired. But they NEVER played THIS badly, making plays that not even Tier 2 teams would do.
