The current C9 roster is dogshit, theyll be fighting for 12th place all fucking season and considering this is the year to prove themselves to Riot, its even more fucked. They couldve built a Top contender roster this season with the amount of players that we're on the market, and they still very well could after kickoff and become an ACTUAL top 4 team in Americas, but the team wouldve been so much better if they didnt let alot of players get bought out by other orgs

Players you keep:

OXY - Perma Duel
v1c - Perma Smokes

Now, theres no world you drop v1c who's probably the second best smokes player in Americas rn (behind Valyn) and OXY is very good too, but holy fuck man PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DROP THIS FOSSILISED FUCKING DUO OF SELLSHITS AND XEPPA, ASUNA FOR 100T AND XEPPA FOR C9 PLEASE LET UNC GO. Offseason Aspas and Vibes merchant I DONT CARE THEY'RE CANCEROUS TO THE TEAM. Theres so much talent in tier 2 and you keep these 2 around? DOES XEPPA HAVE THE C9 FILES? IS THAT WHY HE ISNT GETTING DROPPED? AND THEN THEY DROP THE IGL THAT MADE THEM SLIGHTLY COMPETITIVE IN THE FIRST PLACE LIKE HOLY SHIT BRO MITCH SAVED C9
Anyways minor crashout aside here's what they could actually do to become a REAL threat in the Americas

Possible Replacements:

+Demon1 -Zellsis/Xeppa
+NiSMO -Xeppa/Zellsis/Penny
+Nature -Zellsis/Xeppa/Penny
+Chloriic -Xeppa/Zellsis
+Mitch -Zellsis/Xeppa
+Seven -Xeppa/Zellsis
+Kess -Zellsis/Xeppa
+JonahP -Xeppa/Zellsis/Penny

Now i will say Penny is the least replaceable option on this team and it would be better if he IS kept on the roster since he is a very talented player too, but just imagine the roster possibilites like ive listed down 8 replacements most of which are free agents, E.g:

OXY - Demon1 - v1c - JonahP - Nismo/Mitch
This roster makes top4 in americas with no doubt in my mind, could even be top3, But nah lets keep 2 people with the combined age of 52 and the combined skill of a precum baby and call it a day. FUCK C9

Exactly. Only aim-purists will say Demon1 is better when the game is clearly demanding people who can play a role. And as a side note, Penny is clearly Tier 1 worthy considering his sporadic appearances throughout last season as a substitute were mostly positive for his individual profile.

Xeppaa could definitely be swapped out for any alternative, but OXY prefers the homies than the trophies. Maybe one day Xeppaa might have his FNS moment and step back so OXY can win.

think bringing zellsis as igl is dumb but bringing zellsis itself isn't. still think he can be a good addition for a low budget team and i do think hes better than nismo. they shouldn't have drop mitch; kick xeppa, bring zellsis, bring a decent sentinel (or zellsis sentinel and bring a decent flex; i like penny but i think he should stick with duelist and oxy is better) and you have oxy - mitch - zellsis - v1c - alvinboy? seven? ali? satellite? hell even demon1 idk

penny > demon1 at this point in time, no I don't care about demon1s "potential" penny has shown more than enough to stay
but I agree -zellsis -xeppaa is probably for the best for a nismo/jonahp, but I would say you NEED to get Mitch back, they were so good Strat wise with him just had the serial chokers on their team

Zellsis is way better than anyone seems to understand.

Penny is, and has always been, mediocre.

75% of the players you listed are in t2 because they deserve to be in t2

Only thing I agree with is xeppa should be replaced with JonahP, but he is probably going to be more expensive and tbh not a huge upgrade.

C9 finish 6th-8th.

Demon1 is the most overrated player of all time. that's why he isn't in t1

Nismo is arguably low tier t1 material but he has proven nothing and zellsis is a proven winner.

As for Xeppa V JonahP
Xeppa is just an average player who's been given a tier1 spot for way too long, JonahP is THE best Flex in the americas, his value doesnt just lie in his stats it lies in what he brings to the team. His supporting utility has been some of the best there has ever been, He's been on a world class team and Midrounded for them too. There are multiple Coaches and Analysts who vouched for JonahP when he got dropped because thats how good of a player he is
Demon1 is the highest peak we've ever seen, and when he was on LEV he still played good, he did well on DRG without no comms on the biggest stage, He will do good no matter what and calling someone "overrated" doesnt mean theyre not good
NiSMO is an underrated player who if given the opportunity is gonna shine, while sellshits had a whole season to do it and was the worst player on S0n
