NRG NRG North America Rank #2 keiko Georgio Sanassy brawk Brock Somerhalder mada Adam Pampuch skuba Logan Jenkins Ethan Ethan Arnold has announced the signing of Georgio "keiko" Sanassy to round out their roster for 2026. He will make his debut with the world champions in the Red Bull Home Ground main event.

keiko joins the North American squad after recently departing Team Liquid Team Liquid Europe Rank #6 nAts Ayaz Akhmetshin kamo Kamil Frąckowiak in EMEA. He was initially added to Liquid for the 2024 season as a Duelist as part of the team's signing of the 2023 Apeks Apeks Inactive core, but had a quiet season that saw Liquid hover around the middle of the standings throughout.

Heading into 2025, keiko made the switch to the Controller role with some secondary Duelist play and immediately emerged as one of the top players in the region. In Kickoff, he was the highest rated player by a sizable margin, boasting a 1.26 rating, 1.34 K:D, and 0.88 KPR and playing a key role in Liquid placing second and qualifying to keiko's first global event at Masters Bangkok.

keiko continued to put up impressive individual performances throughout the year, particularly during EMEA Stage 2, where he was the second highest-rated player and lifted the domestic trophy along with his team. Liquid was one of the few teams to qualify for all three international events over the course of the year, although they exited in the Swiss stage or group stage each time; their best result was a top-six finish at Bangkok.

keiko comes in to fill the vacancy left by longtime NRG player Sam "s0m" Oh after the latter's retirement in October. NRG was absent from both Masters events after a slow start to the year but rose to the top after making changes midway through, placing second in Americas Stage 2 and qualifying for Champions Paris. There, they went on an undefeated run, consistently coming out victorious in close thrillers to claim the most coveted trophy the game has to offer.
