Not the case, Fiti is Giants flag, he would have to go 0-100 a whole season to bench him. He was crying because he let his teammates and fanbase down and was disappointed with himself
He probably has one of the safest jobs of all franchise players. He's the face of Giants, their only Spanish player, the only player that was on the team before franchising, and he's also been performing well recently overall. Unless he actively wants to leave, it would take a lot for the org to bench or cut him. And it wouldn't really make sense for him to want to leave.
He is not leaving Giants in a long long time
But actually fun fact judging by where he is from he probably also speaks a very decent Portuguese, might not be completely fluent but he has had to study Galician in school his whole life
