until eg lose, if/when eg lose they will come out just as hard as na did when fnatic lost. it happened last yr when optic got 2nd

vlr is so fragile to trashtalk or bm from players
bcj made the tamest banter against stax and ppl reacted so harshly to it
the stax one is more understandable because drx have been trying to contend for international events since berlin. 2 years now.
they obviously look better now, but i still think they will need changes if they dont make at least top 3 at this event. it will prove that this lineup isnt the one that will win DRX a championship. they still have lots of role issues, and i think a more flexible IGL would work better for them.
theres a reason why this guy is the GOAT igl
for a team that has an insanely smart igl they lose rounds in the dumbest way. they cannot win with this team and there will 100% be changes if they lose this series
he really stepped up in lcq and in every game except this one, i know that pain all too well. as much as i hate to see him cry he has true passion for the game and thats very respectable.

dont think i ever took this team seriously once they signed carpe. they have definitely outperformed my expectations of them (9th in pacific league) but this team really should make changes and take chances on the korean talent in t2, not an overwatch player.
if fnatic win (likely) and alfajer wins mvp (also likely) then i think he has a conversation
role issues will never be the reason i feel like they will either get hard anti stratted or they might have bad individual days

i dont rly understand how mindfreak is the highest rated player, low adr, low amount of kills, he has a decent amount of assists but forsaken has more. okay KAST. fk/fd is even so theres really nothing that gives him that high of a rating vs his teammates
(this isnt me ragging on mindfreak, he did his job)

zander it really depends on what c9/100t/sen do, if 100t drop bang (i personally wouldnt) he would likely go there
na lacks igls and if SEN dont want to move on with marved igl then johnqt is next up, c9/100t are possible too
nismo could easily fit onto any roster as a flash initiator, should play some skye tho

better calling/midrounding will have more of an impact on the game than them winning just a few more aim duels.
i dont even think most igls have that bad of mechanics, namely boaster and FNS. its more that the fact that they are doing a lot of the thinking so they arent as FOCUSED on their crosshair as much of the other players
another thing for context: drx played zeta and nip in groups and absolutlely DESTROYED both teams. while it is not their fault that those teams played bad. it DOES mean someones rating will be higher

fns had to develop these players way more than boaster ever did. thats not me taking away from what boaster did, him and mini still had to do a lot of work to make the team work but you have to give more context.

chronicle is a masters champion and the 1st/2nd best player on gambit (between him and nats)

fnatic r obviously better, theres no denying that. but the talent boaster could choose from was a lot better than fns
no. he didnt make any international events in 2022. great player tho
that was such a dramatic ending, insane split that had me on the edge of my seat. ultimately i think eg could have won this series but theres too much overextensions that were punished.

they need to work on their lotus (stop throwing????? pls) and bind if they wanna win this event. the ardiis sage on bind feels kinda useless and its obvious hes not very comfortable on it. id almost rather just see him on jett
EG and fnatic are a cut above the rest of the teams
LOUD were being read hard and not playing at their best, this is unfortunately what happens when you're at the forefront of the meta. everyone understands what you do
DRX are extremely shaky and lots of changes are needed. They play very predictably with their site executes and poor midrounding and teams are adapting/countering them. Stax has looked incredibly off from the bubbly and energetic stax we got at champions, hes been more frustrated whenever hes on camera and i feel that hurts the team deeply.
EDG are a legitimate top 8 team in the world. and are insanely fun to watch
Liquid were definitely not title contenders but still a decent team, i knew sayf would be shut down more against international competition yet he still played fairly good. nats turned it up but it wasnt enough
NRGs lack of starpower has been hurting them a lot, though they make up for it in basically every other aspect, this is NRG we are talking about, they are chasing championships. ardiis is arguably the 4th best player on the team, he really needs to step up if NRG wants to win.
PRX confuse the fuck out of me, cgrs despite being put in a tough situation has helped keep them in it. he doesnt deserve the shit hes getting. their success is very heavy on how d4v41 and jingg play. if they dont play well they are done for.
