i got 20/100
imma be honest there was way too much text i cba and just clicked answers
its just probability theory really
this is more like a statistics question rather than a val question, you can literally put CS maps and say that this is a CS game sense quiz in that question and it'll still connects.
idk where he got the percentage from, if I'm in a 2v2 retake situation I don't calculate that there's 40% chance that we'll lose, stuff like utility, info, positions, does have a factor, you can't just have a raw percentage of 2v2 retake regardless of the stuff that I talk about lmao
I guess I'll be smurfing on you in the vlr cup with my intuitive decision making B)
i just did the math and got 100, there should be a time limit if they want us to just use intuition
Ah yes, do math=understanding Valorant.
Also, we are apparently playing agents with no cooldown effects on the "no utility left" bit...
Maybe I'm just dumb but I have no idea how this equates to in game IQ.
TLDR...this is just a statistics quiz SADGE
this is so unbelievably little to do with midrounding and more to do with analysing it after it happened
this is just stats homework but i dont understand how the math makes sense for the last question 80/100
I just read the situations and did not look at the percentages, only used intuition and got 100/100
Dont know how someone who watches pro matches regularly would get any of that wrong
0/100 sheesh I guess my 2k hours in CS and immortal rank in val mean nothing I’m a dumbass apparently. I think I looked at this too much in a CS lens than a VAL lens. You would never go into a 2v3 retake on round 29 knowing that you will only have 2 rifles instead of 4 in CS, but maybe you would in VAL. Also unless they’re already arches, there’s no way you don’t beat the enemy team to A site on Breeze unless u go through cave for whatever reason . Also playing off site and retaking on Ascent vs stacking a site is very 50/50, it really depends on the agents you have. It would allow you to go to a fast retake which would be very beneficial with someone like fade/sova vs a slow retake with someone like omen. Stacking would give you significantly less time to work with if they go to the other site
I’m not coping, I understand that maybe I was wrong, just felt like explaining my thought process and I’m curious about the thought process behind the correct answer. This felt more like a statistics quiz than an analysis of realistic situations. Anyone with any game IQ and map knowledge knows you would beat the enemy team to A on breeze.
0/100 sheesh I guess my 300 lb bench press max, MBA from harvard, wife and 17 children, + my real estate empire valued by forbes to be at over 2.3 billion mean nothing I'm a dumbass apparently. I think I looked at this too much in an omniscient lens, given the fact that in real life I have unlimited resources and power.
40/100 I didn't do any math, just considered the percentages and clicked what I would do
