I'm sure every city has at least one nice area (btw, downtown detroit is NOT that nice, times have changed). But that doesn't change the fact that the majority of detroit and cleveland are dumps, and if an event is being hosted in a city then I'm sure fans will want to see that city as well while they're there. None of the cities I mentioned would be acceptable as host cities.
