Can't say much about the sequel but the first game is golden
Salt and Sanctuary and Risk of Rain 2 are my favorite singleplayer and multiplayer games, both affordable and is fun with multiplayer if you ever want to play with friends.
celeste!! amazing platformer game with a great storyline, definitely in my top 3 games. the art is beautiful too
Terraria, there's also a great amount of mods that add new content after ur done with the base game.
HITMAN series, best puzzle and stealth games on the market, highly underrated as well

A plague tale. Both the parts are good. I see no one suggesting this but believe me u will not regret playing it. And yes a tip keep handkerchief ready for tears.
