wtf, ow2 runs so fucking well for me
I get more frames on OW2 max settings then any other recent title
tbf my pc is 5 years old now + only 8gb ram.
also no ssd yet.

my laptop stutters when playing ow2 but i found it its because of amd fsr or whatever it was in graphic settings for some reason
5 years isnt that old considering OW came out before that

Its decent, maybe bit better than OW1 but I'm so lost when Moira Genji just rushes me or something. But its definitely more stress free as tank main at least. Haven't just been playing much and 0 comp because I'm waiting for new mouse with better side buttons so I can play W inston better.
But yeah peak OW was more fun than Valorant, and peak OW esport is the best esport I have ever watched and followed

OWWC were always so good. The feeling of getting hyped about your home team was always so good. Also having teams like Team Canada with Agilities, Surefour, xQc so good and their streams from bootcamp and Disneyland even to this day some of my favorite streams of all time. Also I absolutely loved OWL Season 1 and 2 and followed so closely. It was first proper esport scene I started following and reason why I started using platforms like Twitch, Twitter and Reddit.
It was my 2nd esport I followed like crazy (after rocket league, i was a kronovi fanboy)
OWL season 1 was so fun, had so much drama (in-n-out incident), xqc , shanghai dragons 0-40. Plus i was a london spitfire fan.
Season 2 onwards just wasnt the same when the meta just got more stale and boring

Yeah Season 2 meta was shit for most part, but it was still fine because all the players were still there and bunch of new teams were added so it made it interesting. But overall goats benched so many classic players because you couldn't be like Genji OTP player or something and many who couldn't adapt to Brigitte or Zarya got perma benched so it was sad. And I feel like goats made so many players retire or at least made their time in OW esport shorter. Just sitting in bench or playing unfun shit for whole season definitely wasn't good for motivation and mental.
and me myself I was Dallas Fuel fan(like most lol) S1 so seeing them suck ass most of year and then do well last stage and actually be competitive was really satisfying.

Pretty good I think, but very unnecessary. Blizzard should have just focused on Overwatch and it's competitive scene rather than completely casting it aside and causing it to die just to build a new version of the game for no reason whatsoever.
That has to do with Activision execs having no idea how to adapt to the f2p era , basically they wanted to ow2 to be another paid box type release. But then the Devs realised that would wouldn't get them enough funding to put out new content , and on top of that they are releasing PvE next year which is the real ow2
that doesn't change the fact that the original overwatch could have been improved on and updated to bring it to a similar state as ow2 rn over the course of many years

I mean It’s what OW has always been, a game with a shit tone of potential but a company even worse than Valve directing everything. OW 2 is just an excuse to remind people that the game is actually good cause it’s literally a patch for OW1, a little fresh air that will get a lot of casual people back but that people will forget with time again because competitive scene sucks

Even if it’s kinda balanced, it infuriates me to see someone (cough cough Winston mei Moira etc) kill me and their crosshair isn’t even on me. Like oh yeah let’s make hero’s that can just look at someone to deal damage they don’t even have to be on their crosshair 👍👍
Also, non-hitscan sucks for me because I aim for a head and boom it hits the wall cuz the enemy’s already across the map

I installed it to play casually, and i can't even enter the game, it's always in the waiting lobby, and when it ends, it loses connection.

Love it. But it's kinda hard. I think OW it's more fun to play if u actually have a team. Because if u solo, sometimes u just get stomp by any heroes because ur healer don't do shit. Unlike valorant u can still be useful on the team even if u solo play. But OW u need to always stick together and support each other.
OW 1 was fun if you got dps, tank less so and support was so unfun,
OW 2 it's fun if you get dps and now tank but playing support is even worse, you have so little impact, more frustrating then any game of valorant's ever been
I didnt expect the game to be so much better than ow1 but its so good hopefully they can revive OWL cuz some of the players are so insane but get 0 recognition cuz game was dead
Sojourn is so busted but so fun to play, I just shoot them and burst them down.

- some of the maps are too large for a 5v5 game tbh
- this push gamemode kinda meh
- graphics look amazing

- UI feels cleaner
- I BSOD every once in a while, it seems to be a problem between NVIDIA RTX Voice and OW2

Nah I feel like too much shit going on and also overwatch 1 suffered from terrible balance that goat comp destroyed any type of strat. OW2 feels like should have been the original game
the only thing sucks is that ranked mmr didnt hard reset, so my rank got affected by me 4 years ago having literally the shittiest aim in every way possible so im now in elo hell
one thing i noticed is that i dont get tired after playing for 10 hours whereas i get exhausted playing for merely 5 hours of valorant
D.VA, Moira, and Mei are so fucking annoying and OP. But overall its pretty fun especially its free.
ive always played a lot of ow until I stopped playing recently and just watched owl. but ow2 just feels so much easier for me to just jump into to play and have fun. also it feels so nice to see people actually play this game and have fun again it feels like I've forgotten how it feels for people to be happy and playing this game
much funner than valorant too bad that playerbase and esport ecosystem is not as big tho
