Don’t fret navi fans, even if you lost to liquid you would have lost to gambit here so there was probably no chance of Berlin.
I wish gambit and tl were in different brackets, Either of them could make it to berlin too, Gambit is more likely to win but with scream and jamppi anything is possible, it could be either teams to win but just sad to see TL or Gambit getting eliminated here
Gambit has really good team component, they can choke the liquid. It will be so close between Gambit vs Liquid. If Liquid is well-prepared for the russians, they'll beat but it'll be surprise.
I think that TL will get this because for some reason they play better on lower brackets

I agree man, after watching yesterday match between ascend and gambit i begin to doubt TL chance to win...
Are we going to see no CIS team in masters again? C'mon Gambit, you're our only hope.
This match is not only for Berlin spot, but also for Champions spot man...
Realistically speaking, whoever wins it, Gambit or Liquid - will easily overcome Fnatic, SMB, G2 / Guild / Giants by circuit, cuz both these teams already have 145 and 250 points respectively...
Of course Acend will attend Champions too (they have 100 points + will get much more at Berlin), but this game decides the 2nd team from EMEA who is going straight to Los Angeles without having to worry about last chance bullshit...
I just hope Gambit do their best and we will have CIS representation at the last 2 tournaments of the year. ScreaM and Liquid have already had enough LANs, it's time for the young boys to shine.
Jamppi, soulcas, L1nk. These 3 are young guys who have very limited experience at LANs in general. Not sure what you meant by them having "enough LAN" anyway, you can never have enough of that experience.
If GMB cant take TL on now then they just dont deserve to represent EMEA at Berlin. And on the other hand, if GMB wins, then they are definitely the better team to rep EMEA.
If liquid do it tomorrow, I'll be sooooo happy.

Lower level? Not really. They have way better results than Gambit. They won EMEA Finals, C2, and have been to a Masters LAN. Gambit haven't really done anything outside the CIS region...

istg, if liquid hadn't fucked up so colossally against na'vi then we would have best representation for EMEA, in ACE, SMB, TL and GMB. Hope TL wins today but gambit are the better team GMB 60-40 TL
This is probably the most important match in 2021 for a lot of EMEA. If TL wins that means they have guaranteed a spot for not only masters but champions aswell. A lot of people will be rooting for GMB, because if GMB wins, their team of choice might have a chance for champions with circuit points.

I'd say that Gambit were favourites coming in. Most of the analysts and commentators locked in Gambit for the win. But liquid have a habit of unlocking Godmode in lower brackets.

gambit looking real spicy. nAts is a beast, chronicle's hitting VAC shots, and sheydos looks in form.
nats won too many rounds solo, that viper ult round or the last round on bind or his 1v3 1v2 clutches, he will unironically be the best sentinel in the world if this stuff goes on
NATS is really EU's Dapr no Cap. Sentinel on every map, viper on Bind.
And he is cracked as fuckk.

As an NA fan, I want Gambit bruh, TL will get demolished by NA if they qualify.
Totally, TL was demolished by the #2 NA in Iceland with 1 sub. They cant represent EU

Idk I think it's time to change Kryptix, It's not that he is bad, but he is nothing special as to what a team needs, soulcas and link have stepped up so much, but idk Kryptix still the same
People who think Jamppi is the weak link(no pun inteded)havent watched much of liquid at all. Sure, jamppi dropped the ball hard on the most important match, he fucked up REALLY REALLY hard. But overall kryptix has been the worst performing member of liquid.
Jamppi was IGL for the first time in this tournament, which on its own isnt good enough reason to do so badly, but it atleast gives us some explanation for how badly he played in this series.
Then lets take a look at Kryptix. He does have his good moments from time to time. Hell, he does some insane clutches too like in last map against GMB. But you have to take a look at this overall perfomance. He has been consistently bottomfragging while not IGLing.(I dont think IGL excuses you of not fragging but it can be harder to do fragging unless you are someone like shazam)
If someone needs to be replaced its Kryptix.
