I'm not consistently active as staff anymore but will try and clean things up when it's particularly bad and other mods aren't online. It really helps out when people link toxic users/threads in the discord server given how active the site is these days.
Look around your area for second hand office furniture. Sometimes you can find a perfectly nice office chair at around a third of its retail price. If you're spending a lot of time in the chair you should really make the investment to avoid back problems in the future.
