SEN is so good, will be interesting what will happen next to them, who will stop their dominance at next events.
I think only Liquid have chance of win with Sentinels, fnatic is great team, but they dont have this extra firepower like ScreaM and Jamppi, fnatic have better strategies and better teamplay but they dont have something what liquid and sentinels have, TenZ can win alone map same with ScreaM and Jamppi, thats why i think if it will be fnatic vs sentinels its ez game for sentinels but with liquid it can be great match. What people don't understand is that Na's teams are playing like teams in Europe but they have been playing this style for a few weeks so they don't even have a chance against the king of Europe TL, what happened against V1 was a mistake terrible they prepared to play against a NA team not against a poorly made copy of a EU team
Possible, no map advantage. Split and Bind are def up for grabs. Sentinels def takes Haven and Icebox. Ascent also reasonably competitive.

I think the best chance for any team to upset SEN is Fnatic. NUTURN is almost guaranteed to lose on Bind, Icebox, and Haven, while Liquid is almost guaranteed to lose on Haven, Icebox, and Split.
The final prediction.
It all comes down to Icebox, the map notoriously hated by several teams.
SEN is strong on ascent , haven whille TL is pretty darn good at Split and Bind.
IMO , if TenZ does not choke like he did in CS , then 3-2 for SEN otherwise its 3-2 for TL
if ascent is strong for SEN why did they ban it in challengers finals and against NU...
So many delusional TL FANS, TL is good but SEN will take this no cap. The only reason they know how SEN will lose is TENZ will choke in LAN. COME ON GUYS, GIVE US A GOOD REASON.
Even if Tenz chokes, Sentinels ain't a one-man team. There are many players that can rely on aside from Tenz. EU fans have a very lame argument against SEN.

So what advantage does Sentinels get for coming from the upper bracket? I'm going to assume it's getting to pick the first 2 maps, which is okay tbh. I think giving a map advantage or bracket reset is TOO good of an advantage over the opponents, but they can't have nothing. Bracket reset would work IF this final was Bo3, but Bo5 is too long.
They have several days of preparation and rest plus additional VODs from FNATICs matches in the lower bracket?

It would be so fitting to see SEN win the tournament. They have been the most consistent and dominant team throughout the eSports scene in NA and also good doing in tournament.

Couldn't have asked for a better final with the teams at this tournament other than maybe SEN vs. Liquid. Sen take this 3-1, they just look too good right now.

because that only applies to NA format, in NA tournaments. most regions don't even have a lower bracket for their internal tournaments. it was mostly an NA thing and one more region iirc

I would be surprised, if this were any closer, than a 3-1 in favor of SEN. They always pull the rabbits out of the hat when it matters most and they've got a heck of a lot of material to prepare for Fnatic. They've also got a two day rest.
sentinels are the juggernauts of the game but I think there are more good teams in EU that will fight against them soon. Fnatic is also a solid team they really rely on their team play. Imagine playing 2 games today and winning both of them. Fnatic 3-2 I guess or 3-1 sentinels
after seeing this tournament, it seems SEN and FNC are on a different level than the other teams in the tournament. they’ve both dominated (except for FNC against SEN) and since SEN beat FNC i had no doubt they were making it to this game. if one of these teams ran into any other in the GF, it would be a stomping. glad these two teams could meet so we see a great match. i dont doubt FNC can improve, but it's only been few days since their last lost to SEN (which was a convincing lost). For FNC to win, FNC need a lot more time than a few days to catch up to SEN. Unless SEN collectively have a very off day (and I mean very bad like losing 80% of gunfights), I dont see FNC taking a single map

Not recently (Spilt was there best map in the First Strike/Summer era). Since the start of VCT Haven is their best map by far
It's actually worst map considering TenZ used Raze (They ALWAYS LOSE when TenZ is on Raze on Split).
Sick with 16 kills only. Usually he is top 2 frag on Split. TenZ on Raze, every time he uses Raze on Split, SEN loses against NA teams (I am not even exaggerating, look it up, that's why he stopped using her on Split, not sure why they used it again).

These first two maps have been INSANE so far. I'm so happy. TenZ is literally UNREAL.

They're both far ahead of the others in this tourney for sure. I mean the only team Fnatic dropped a map to was to Nuturn(apart from Sentinels), and that's straight after 2-0'ing Liquid.
Fnatic and Sentinels are closely matched, but Sentinels is clearly just better overall, teamwork, tactics, micro game, it's just better right now. It's definitely the cumulative experience coming in and being able to close out these maps without making mistakes and forcing them out of the opponent.
Sentinels' midround tactics are much better, than Fnatics. Fnatic falls apart when they don't have the read, Sentinels thrives. I think Fnatic wins tactically in fakes and getting their opponents into poor positions, but Sentinels doesn't allow that to happen every round, which is why I think they are better. I think Sentinels are a step ahead most times.

Sentinels 100% deserved this. They just dominated everyone, although Fnatic put up a good fight. I expect some roster changes around EU soon lmao
This was by far the best series I've ever seen so far in valorant.

I feel like Sentinels and Fnatic are surprisingly even in terms of their level as teams, but Sentinels has a lot more experience and a better mental than Fnatic hence have the upper edge in terms of closing out maps. In every single map these 2 teams have played it has went into OT or 13-10 / 13-11.
