The amount of people calling "-" or "bad" every single player that bottom frags in every single match is funnily disgusting. And I'm more than certain that it's the same people that are hardstuck silver or gold for which only the KDA in their ranked games matters and it's always team's fault that they are losing.

they went to OT on breeze thanks to zomb's clutch on 10-12 in the 1v3, and it's not the first time zombs saves a round or even pushes sen to OT. he's the 5th most clutch player in VCT this year after Hiko shahz crashies and dapr so what are you even on about.

How is he from Germany and says that tho... And how did it get to Africa when 97% of Turkey's land is in Asia and 3% in Europe and the members of CIS are all European or Asian.

No. You failed to understand that he said it from a competition format perspective, and took from a separate isolated region perspective.

Russia as a country is not in the Valorant EU region. Most of Russia's population (75%+) is in Europe. They all play on the same servers and scrim the same teams and queue up as EU and TR teams. If you queue up from EU you will end up with people from TR and CIS in your team. It's not like they are a separate region when playing the game and only play with eachother. They share the same rankings and leaderboards as all parts of EMEA. Even Africa and Saudi Arabia would be there if they had top teams.

You meant due to the fact that for most countries in Europe, English is a foreign language.

majority of Russia is in Asia... OK fam, but 75% of Russia's population lives in Europe... It's the people within the borders that play the game, not the border itself.

meanwhile there are NA people that don't know the difference between peek and peak and your and you're while it's their main language

Talking as if CIS teams are isolated from EU or TR teams, like they don't scrim, play on the same servers and in the same vct with them.

She has an expensive gaming chair, top gear and 360 hz monitor, while the average diamond player probably still plays on 60 hz.

When SEN won, NA > everyone, now SEN lost but they still say NA > everyone, but now that Gambit won, CIS > EU. When they came with the "If team from this region wins, that means that the region is better because the other teams from there are around the same level". Separating EU/CIS/TR is just stupid since they all scrim eachother, play with eachother on the same servers and play all the important tournaments against eachother. Just based on the same logic NA ppl used after Masters 2, if Gambit wins, EMEA > NA. This region separation is just their way to cope and an excuse to say NA > EU. Maybe at some point, there's going to be no representative from the EU teams in EMEA and be just CIS or TR. Who's going to watch them? Obviously EU people that will root for them. I doubt that people from Phillipines wouldn't root for X10 or Paper Rex if those teams were their only representatives for SEA region, just like NA would root for Soniqs or any Canadian team if that was their region only representative. I know it might sound shocking but CIS and TR people are using the same ranked leaderboards and servers like EU so if we go to a player level, the bar is the same for all of them. As much as I'd like Envy to win so 100Thieves get that spot for Champions and be "good bros" (not so much though, I just wanted Envy to win and if they lost, 100T to win the finals so Envy qualifies too) I want a victory for Gambit more just so Fnatic goes to Champions and skips LCQ.

Don't care who wins between Envy and 100Thieves as long as the winner of that also wins finals. Otherwise, Envy.
G2 so they have at least tiebreaker with Acend if they win against Gambit but lose finals, but they want finals to have the spot guaranteed. G2 should have the "we need to win this so we go to champions" mindset for the finals, since semis only give them a chance.

But if Gambit wins the whole thing Fnatic gets spot for Champions which means we'll have Boaster so idk.

Doesn't matter if you're playing a duelist or the circumstances you got your score in, if you're bottom frag you'll get the "drop" treatment. Because all these pros that start spamming +x and -y that would do great team managers where all their players are insane clutch players that outaim every strategy of every team only care if you do "flashy plays"

posted about 2 years ago

same goes for 100Thieves on what fatsi said. should've replied to original comment. mb

No. It's just top 1 from last chance quals. It's going to be the next team from the circuit points standings. Which will be either Envy or 100Thieves depending on who wins today. That only if the winner also wins the finals.

Basically the match today secures the spot for Champions for the winning team, and the finals will secure the spot for Champions for the losing team of today's match if the winning team today also wins that.
Because you have the 1 spot for berlin winners, and the 2 spots with circuit points. Sentinels lost so they are qualified in one of the two spots with circuit points. So there's just 1 left, which goes to whoever wins today. There's 400 points for Envy vs 375 points for 100Thieves. Winner today will secure 375 points, loser only 325. so it's going to be a +75 for Envy (over 100Thieves) if they win or +25 for 100Thieves (over Envy) if they win. Then if the winner also wins finals, they will get qualified in the Berlin winner's spot, freeing the 2nd circuit points slot for the next team in the circuit points ranking, which is the loser of today's match. Also means freeing a slot for last chance qualifier for another team, in this case being TSM.

funny how whoever wins this gets the spot via points, but also if whoever wins this wins the final, they will get a spot for the other team as well for champions. so even if envy/100t loses, they should root for whoever wins to win the finals so the team that lost here gets to champions and also for tsm to get into LCQ kekw

posted about 2 years ago

please go to champions event, check the spots and tell me where you see "masters 2 winners" as a spot.... it's only masters 3. they got qualified because masters 2 gave them enough points so under any circumstance, no matter who would get the rest of the points, wouldn't be able to drop them from place 1 or 2 in the circuit points standing which is the 2 slots for champions based on circuit points.

posted about 2 years ago

Nope, the only event winner spot is for Masters 3.

nah, it's just the fanbase not admitting defeat and coming up with excuses

posted about 2 years ago

It's really not that hard to hate on a team for their fanbase when their fanbase always come up with excuses for any loss of their team instead of taking the L or admitting the other team played better. I don't know if it's hate towards SEN or just hate towards SEN's fanbase.

Just say something about sen losing to g2 and you'd get downvoted anyway. That loss sent them against Envy, and eventually against 100T, just making it worse for the region. But SEN fans be like "they didn't care about the match, it didn't matter"

posted about 2 years ago

All planned by SEN to lose against G2 and end up against Envy and eventually 100T... Yeah, that's what happened. SEN fans mad. "The match didn't matter" Tbh I would like Envy to win just to show all those "excuse fans" that it did in fact matter.
