When will there be introduced a pick ban phase, i mean LoL, R6s, DOTA 2, and many many more have one, so i don't see why valorant wouldn't get one.
I mean there is even a pick ban phase in Unranked LoL, and Ranked R6s.
Also with the way Riot games treats LoL, it wont be long till we have a broken af agent.

Also now when you want to check the overall ranking you have to check the teams individually.
