Nope, just similar, also there are alot of these kind of sites, for overwatch, tf2, csgo. Altough i haven't found one for lol/dota2.

Perhaps, but quality lacks on hltv, in certain areas. some things Liquidpedia does bettar and other things hltv/vlr.gg does better. Just use both.
