Monster is a psychological thriller. Kind of a slow burn but probably one of the most riveting anime stories I've watched once it gets to like mid series.

If chainsaw man ended after part 1 it'd be top 3 for me, I just haven't really liked the plot of part 2 as much (i fw asa though she's cool)
my 3 favorites are Vinland Saga, AOT, and Berserk
pretty basic but I feel that they're as well-reviewed as they are for a reason
yea part 1 csm was way better than part 2, i did still like p2 though
