Yeah the problem is absolutely that the retrieval mechanic in practice leaves him with less utility than most initiators, on top of the fact that it's already weaker.

The remote retrieval and all-around buff to Dizzy are a necessary start but suggestion (1) should come only after these two have been implemented and if he's still weak.

Giving him automatic refresh, even though it might be the balanced thing to do, hurts his identity too much and also just becomes kinda convoluted. The other changes should be enough to make him at least a specialized pick like Tejo and Kayo

I tend to agree. Veto absolutely needed a faster and longer TP but I'm not convinced it's enough when interceptor is so unreliable. I've seen it straight up ignore Sova darts because they flew too far above or around it despite landing on the same site

In general riot is most afraid of buffing sentinels because of how oppressive they are if they become overpowered, so I respect the decision to go slowly and add more buffs later if needed

Initiator changes are good for what they are. Breach and Gekko need full reworks to be viable but that's outside the scope of this patch. 50s is a good middle ground. 60s is of course too long but 40s had a legitimate problem where defenders can just chuck util at round start for info and still always have it back up for retake. There needed to be more thoughtfulness
