Every match in this bracket is a Bo3, with the exception of the lower bracket final and the grand final, which will be Bo5. The tournament kicks off on July 18 with the bout between Talon and DetonatioN FocusMe. The full bracket and schedule can be found here.
Like the Americas, the Pacific LCQ will only qualify one team to Champions 2023. The LCQ winner will fly to Los Angeles alongside the three Pacific teams that attended Masters Tokyo:

VCT Champions 2023 will be held in Los Angeles, between August 6 and 27. The tournament will kick off in the Shrine Auditorium, while the Kia Forum will host the final rounds of the capstone event. Tickets are still available for several days and can be found here.
