The competitive style of play may soon change with the introduction of a new rifle, the Warden, which will be released on September 22 through patch 13.06.

“Joining the Vandal and Phantom, VALORANT is introducing the Warden to its list of automatic rifles,” stated Riot. “The Warden aims to expand player choice by offering another viable primary weapon, with the rifle designed with a stronger Aim Down Sights (ADS) option and high-damage output.”

5.4 for guardian and 6.5 for Warden, while vandal is at 9.75 and Phantom 11. (So basically twice)
But doing math I think warden got the same TTK than vandal
