Okay, C4 is a commonly used one, but it might be the biggest scam in the fitness industry. C4’s blend of ingredients doesn’t even come close to the amount of things you need in a pre workout. What a pre workout needs is at least 3000mg of L-Citrulline and 3000mg of Beta Alanine. These components of a pre workout only start working or are valuable at these doses.
Secondly, caffeine is based on ur preference.
Currently I am using Godzilla from RyseSupps (200mg caffeine)
If you want high caffeine I’d go bucked up or total war or alpha lion. Alpha lion is the best pre I’ve ever had, it’s just expensive.
Another great brand is Raw Nutrition. Their essential pre is cheap, and rlly good.

Imo, we saw 100T at the red bull again, they are strong. What I will say is I think EDG is a lot better than we give them credit, they brought PRX last year (when PRX was at a high) to three close maps, and have been performing very well, just never able to get over the hump.

The only thing is, I feel like Jett was so valuable because of the instant dash, and being able to escape any possibly dangerous scenario and get intel and get away with ur life. Also you can think about activating the dash whenever you are possibly pushing into a dangerous setting, but you never truly know the defenders setup and you could waste the dash

What will happen to Jett play in the pro scene?
Opinion: I feel with the new mechanics, she is not a must pick anymore and doesn’t have that get out of jail free card as well anymore.
I feel like teams will move towards what SQ was doing this previous challengers qualifiers whenever they would run no duelist on maps like breeze, haven, etc and have chamber be the primary duelist and have double initiator and double control (SQ breeze lineup was astra, viper, sova , chamber, and then a typical flex pick).
But on maps like split you bring the raze or a neon because they are built better for those maps. And Jett may not see nearly as much play on rlly any map
