went from beating fnatic in the best form they've been in since 2023, to losing to kru and furia
was paris a fluke?

fact that they should have lost their matches against EDG, DRX and MIBR! They got super lucky somehow, tbh it was meant to be like shiii
Was this also a fluke https://www.vlr.gg/596427/mibr-vs-nrg-vct-2026-americas-kickoff-lbf
I don't even care about that game, it could even be a fluke i don't care.
But that shit they did at champions, i will never accept it.
strong himself said on spiketalk it was a multitude of factors that aligned for them to win
they got lucky
every single winner so far has been a fluke
there are zero non fluke winners in valorant besides maybe 2023 fnc and even then it involved lock in so it was mickey
in fairness this goes to most winning teams there's always an element of luck to winning
sure but ngl the amount of games NRG should have lost make me think they really dont deserve the full title respect
I mean you cant say they don't deserve the respect, but I will say I firmly believe they were not the best team at champs. Its just valorant tho too many factors that play out
I said they dont deserve the FULL respect
they still won their trophy, cant take that away, but it didnt feel as if they were the destined team to do so, I was always skeptical
Real recognizes real bro, the 11-3 you guys won over us was 100% legit pure skill, you guys deserve that win.
NRG winning against us was pure fluke shit.
FNC were lucky in the finals if you rewatch the second half of icebox, so many rounds that loud had man advantages but gave away. Doesn’t mean that they didn’t deserve it
Furia improved A LOT after that Masters. Kru is doing very, very well, considering this is the first time the team is playing with everyone. NRG is not bad, quite the opposite, they are a super team, but it is visible that Latam/Brazil is doing better now
You tell me: https://www.vlr.gg/542270/fnatic-vs-nrg-valorant-champions-2025-ubf/?game=233475&tab=performance (5 clutches -> OT win -> 2 map ban advantage -> barely win)
I mean all anyone needs to be good at a certain time is a good meta read and form, nothing has really been that flukey in the game considering metas shift all the time. Except for C9 in group stages tho
keyko is better than him tho idk do the vibe matter that much when your just not as good
Obviously the 2 teams they lost to aren't bad, and they don't have s0m either. I think they will still be contenders for London
It was to be expected, champs curse lmao. 2023 EG didn't even live to see 2024, 2024 EDG went on to place 3rd in first 2025 masters and then fell off, NRG went 3rd in the first master this year and is now falling off, in almost the exact same way as EDG. It's unfortunate, but it seems like this is just the way it happens lmao

Bud flipping on different dicks everyday 🤣🫵🫵🫵🫵
how can you say champs was a fluke when they reached top 3 the very next event after one player change and also the meta shifted.
