I'm not talking about whole. I would say some top players can leveled up for tier 2 level. last and this year both tier 2 teams proven they are upto level of tier 1. example- ns making playoffs, boom 5-0. so i don't say there is massive different on tier 1 and tier 2 in terms of reaction time/mechanics. only macro and experience.

donut have potential to play with tier 2 team and then come tier 1. I'm saying it is useless to play in gamechangers when you have portential to play main vct

unfortunately as long as tier 2 stays awful and unsupported by riot gc is just a better career choice for players, its a shame though i really think some of these players can shine on non-gc teams
