they lost to hakikimori 5 months ago with a sub - and did beat them 2-0 the most recent time they played, if you’re going to bring up matches from that long ago at least know what you’re talking abt

They got envy because they were the lowest seeded team coming into this stage. This led to them playing against the best team that lost their first game. Unlucky, no; unfortunate, yes.

just because they are listed as standins doesn't mean they aren't technically starters, they are part of TSM for this split with sym and Recoil benched
There's no players that Timotino and Alvinboy are standing in for they are signed to TSM without a salary which implies that they don't have a lack of practice

Sym and Recoil are not benched, they were released! Maybe Timotino and Alvinboy aren't getting salary but maybe a stipend while they're filling in to see whether it's something that will work out. This SAME TEAM lost last week also, so I don't think that you can imply that they don't have a lot of practice. Maybe they do maybe they don't.

SRG winning is not their fault. As many of you may know, they are playing in both GC and VCL. This means they have to prepare for two tournaments at once, and waste half the amount of time as they are in GC + VCL. This means more information of having to anti strat and study TWO TEAMS within 1 week. Which just isn't good. SRG also got here based on PURE LUCK, so who knows, maybe they wouldn't have even wanted to play but a lot of teams just wanted to disband. Please always making fun of SRG bro, seriously. You people don't know what it's like having to play 2 tournaments at once. VCL also isn't SRG's main focus so who cares if they won? It's more experience as well fighting better players, they are "GC merchants" at all. Do better everyone, especially from me reading their last series' with all the comments made is not it.
