I smell an upset here, NRG losing here still give them chance to bounce back against 100T and I believe they are not fully there. EG playing to survive and win would give them a good cushion.

EG gotta ban Breeze and then it's really doable. I feel like they can be competitive against them on Ascent and in other maps EG is better with less firepower tho.

EG really needs to pick Lotus/Icebox/Bind/Sunset imo, NRG have rly only looked good on Breeze (and Ascent, though that was earlier in the year), maybe Split. They havent proven that they know what to do on Raze maps, and they've been perma-ing Icebox.

Possible veto?:
EG ban Breeze, NRG ban Icebox
EG pick Lotus, NRG pick Ascent
EG ban Split, NRG ban Bind
Sunset remains

IMO as long as EG bans Breeze, NRG will ban Icebox and pick Ascent. Then, EG needs to pick one of Lotus/Bind/Sunset and ban Split. The map pool will be highly advantageous to them then.

Completely agree, banning Breeze is the key for them if Potter didn't cook but honestly, wouldn't risk it probably against the best Breeze in Americas dare I say it?

Gotta pick Lotus, where NRG looks utterly clueless, sunset it's imho better for NRG. I would favour EG on Split tho, probably the best and most efficient map for Raze.

NRG hasnt touched Lotus yet no? could be tripping though.
The problem with EG picking Split is that NRG happen to have comfort roles that work (Demon1 Jett / Vic Raze) and they're like what, 2-1 on it? Haven't lost since the SEN game. I''d venture to say it's their third best map behind Breeze/Ascent, and I think that Sunset is a good pick for EG.
