What are people even basing NRG and SEN strength on ? They haven't played yet, haven't scrimmed anyone

when a team has 2 of the best players in the world, a top 3 entry player in north america, a solid igl in dephh, and one of the best aimers in NA in tenz, it's hard to look past them. that's not even mentioning how stacked their coaching staff is.
this is all the concrete info we have. we don't know the chemistry, the comms, or how much they scrimmed. all of that is just speculation. similar to how people thought C9 would dominate
Yes I get that. They do have top tier players who are the best at their respective roles. But that doesn't always translate into results most of the time.
I understand if people want to say they are very strong but why are people placing both those teams at the top 2 spots with so much confidence without any evidence. Sounds like HOPIUM to me

That's not how making team works tho. look at faze's superteam in Cs for example. This is not a fantasy league, putting 5 players together without a single scrim can work or not work. Whatever the case is, you can't just assume it is going to work

They're just thinking of them the same as most thought of C9 prior to today. They look good on paper, but it might or might not translate to their performance.
this may be a bit of an unpopular opinion but i feel like victor and crashies have super high highs but very low lows
I think Crashies is amazing but Victor is very inconsistent
But FNS is a phenomenal igl tho
ardiis is a fine replacement for yay and that is enough for FNS to work with.
why is everyone rating nrg so high? i feel like the chamber nerf is going to weaken this team so much.
what i'm saying is that chamber was the reason why optic was able to do anything
and then got shit on by acend and grouped by x10 lmao. besides that one tournament in berlin, envy was never that great. they were like 4th best in na. the only reason why they became the best in 2022 was because of fns abusing the fuck out of yay's chamber. don't get me wrong, i think nrg will still be decent but not the best in na.
ardiss has experience on many other agents besides Chamber, along with this FNS is a brilliant IGL im sure they will do just fine with 3 of best players in NA and one of the best ITW
at champs victor had covid and had a terrible performance lol. yay played well and so did crashies
how so? its gonna buff them if anything. FNS will return to a more comfortable sentinel agent pool, ardiis can play jett well and he also plays some KAYO, victor will probably be playing more raze.

yeah your right. i still think they'll be decent but not the best in the americas region. i just feel like fns utilizing the best chamber player was the biggest reason optic was able to peak in all of 2022 and without chamber, they'll still be decent but won't be as good.
no its good that ardiis can flex but i doubt nrg will have the same peaks without chamber consistently.
bro we’re literally staying the reasons they’re so high. By all means if you want to make a genuine argument about it go for it. But on paper SEN and NRG are two of the best in the Americas🤷
People put bias on legacy too much, I feel like 100T has been better every time we've seen them, and because their the youngest NA team, will more then likely have a pretty insane peak... Their skill ceiling as players is pretty crazy. That being said NRG might become a better optic, and I'm interested to see if Sen works out with the BR/NA mix
Based. Every team has a chance these 3 teams are dangerous. They could all be 1st in NA any given day, all of these teams look strong so who knows who exactly is better till they play

they deserve to be the current 1. in NA it doesnt matter about all the assumptions yall make about NRG and SEN the facts are 100T has shown us just how good they are and they're the only ones with actually evidence to showcase that they deserve to be the current number 1 in NA
they're the one team that has stuck together from champs with an added upgrade
change the rankings when you actually see them go h2h cuz il tell you rn it wont go the way yall expect
Everyone had 100T top 3 because they kept everyone and added one amazing addition. Compared to the majority who imported or signed a whole new roster. Only the super delusional fans had 100T low, but current 1 is ridiculous we haven't even seen majority of the teams play. Lets wait till RIO to give actual rankings

bro is defaulting 100T to first when they haven't even played half the teams. You are taking one performance and putting them on top.. all of these teams are brand new and 100T easily had the most scrim experience going into this. You guys just see scores and numbers and say 100T NUMBA 1. sit down clown

Every team in NA is good and can win a tournament if they are having a good day.

But all of that can change by February. Don’t underestimate how valuable the extra time will be for all of these new rosters. 100T is basically the same team so they have the short term advantage.
