this but with drx too, cant call them disappointements if no one except copers think they can do much
Yea DRX is the biggest disappointment and loud as well but i dont think i was that disappointed with xset cause sure i was expecting more but never thought that even at their best theyd be able to win anymore than 1 match
I think FNATIC are more fitting to be on that list rather than XSET seeing as FNC were the undisputed favourites coming into masters and they played like the famous team of throwers, Optic
I think Fnatic delivered really well. All their matches (especially against LEV), were all bangers.
My biggest disappointment? it's that NA is a dog region and forever will be.

yea but the way they did it they didnt deserve it at all. they got an unbelievably easy bracket. No one from Optics side of the bracket won a match against the opposite side. And they also played like my local competitive esports team of grandmas

Drx a little bit too but since the beginning i didnt have high expectations for them
ehh also fnatic even though they finished in a good place they certainly didn't show the same level as in challengers 2

I truly thought that fnatic could atleast get top 2 but just looked sloppy.
when guild made it i thought they would get 1 series thats why, still did great
just cause you didnt expect anything out of them doesnt mean their fans didnt. Imo they looked a lot better than FPX and they are definitely a lot better than FPX but the game they had to show up Russ just wasnt able to make any impact whatsoever and Suygetsu was unbelievably vital in that win. If the playoffs bracket was organized better and was more balanced I think Guild wouldve made it further than Optic would

i think guild is underrated as well and they got f'd by being put up against the 2 finalist team cuz of L RITO PLAYOFF FORMAT LLLLL (all emea on one side and xshit, drx, and levi on the other side)

top 2: fpxprx (no order)
- and 4. Guild & Optic
- FNATIC (disappointment)
6 and 7. Drx and levi - xshit
Id say FNC would be higher than Optic cause while Fnatic were a disappointment they werent playing nearly as bad as optic, the expectation of that team was just so high that it makes the performance they gave just that much worse. Id say FNC wouldve won against Optic 8 times out of 10
So id say:
- FPX (When they dont throw and actually try to win they look like the most consistent and scariest team to go against cause they have so many clutch players and the fact that everyone even sometimes Ange1 go crazy in their matches just makes them that much more terrifying without even talking about their insanely good anti strating)
- PRX (if they were a little more consistent and hadnt lost in such dominant fashion on their best map i think id give them no.1 but they still have a lot of problems to fix)
- FNC (played terribly but the fact that they got so far playing like this just goes to show how insane their individual players are, in Champs FNC is probably gonna be the hardest team to go against)
- Guild
- Leviathan
- Optic
- DRX (yes ik its quite low but an average of how they play would be 7th place. Id give them no.1 or 2 if they consistently played at their peak cause i think peak DRX is the best in the world rn)
- Xset

also i had top 2:fpx prx there cuz finals hadnt happened
and i didnt want ppl to be like fpx didnt even beat prx

Those haven't done that bad but still bit less than expected
No one expected kru to get out of groups, winning against loud was outperforming expectations
Everyone has accepted that KRU was a fluke team my guy, Optic will be the same in the coming months
For me personally

Other teams like DRX I expected to lose. The fact they can't get a swift 2-0 vs fpx with sub and cant even get through teams like Optic and Zeta, there was no way they would be making it far in the tourney with 3 EMEA teams in the playoffs
As for Guild, I am quite happy for this team. Not only did they embarrass NA by 2-0'ing Optic, they also qualified to playoffs being first seed. Unfortunately had to go out against the two damn finalists, showing them a good fight at least.

Actually not much suprised guild and loud getting eliminated i was expecting this but fnatic especially derke dissapointed me.

Fnatic were the best team in the world but i feel like they peaked and got worse
XSET was also very disappointing to beating optic in grand finals 3-1 to choking and not winning a series
I would say also DRX but they lost to FPX
ghost gaming, not one SA team making it to LCQs, EG not getting master's, LOUD choking hard
Why are so many stupid kids in this community? NA and EU...

xerxia was disappointing to me. a team that went to 3 events should have beaten nth and fpx with a sub.

Honestly no one else.
Xset was expected.
Shitnatic need to get rid of their shitty coach, and remove mistic. Add 1 more CIS player, perhaps braveaf or another insane cis controller(ONLY CIS NO OTHER REGION, Maybe MENA) I know braveaf is initiator, but if he wants opportunity he will switch to any role you want him to, he is desperate to join a tier 1 team honestly.
Loud for sure. Still believe they will show up good in champions

Definitely Loud but For sure it has to be Fnatic a lot of you EMEA Fans were praising them like they were gonna make it to the top.
- Loud. they made the finals last year, and didnt win a single match
- FNC. they won only 2 out of 4 matches. one of the matches were against FPX with a sub, and the match against LEV wouldve been lost if enzo doesnt stick the bomb. im not taking that win away from them, but they very easily could've lost. considering they were very favorited to win the whole thing, pretty disappointing.
- OPTIC. not that a top 3 finish is bad, but they never looked great in any of the matches. i knew they werent gonna repeat, and they got lucky with their bracket. still a top team in the world, but i expected more out of them
- Loud (expected more of the 2nd place from last Masters)
- Fnatic (top 4 is not bad, but I expected them to win it all or at least 2nd place after the playoffs)
Everyone saying DRX ? but they always choke around 5th/6th place, no disappointment, it's expected
- Fnatic - rly hyped for them especially for the derke and alfajer duo but then derke fell of and alfajer just could not keep up , add to that mistic's lan debuff and fnatics lack of strategic depth this tourney and the hype that went into this event , i was bitterly disappointed
2.&3. LOUD and Xset - IDK MAN i just dont wanna talk abt them , they both just mentally got boomed by their respective regions and Xset loosinf 1vx after 1vX situations rly made me mald
Foreigners on this site always disrespecting Loud, saying they were fluke, that they are only good in Brazil because our teams are weak, and now quoting loud as a disappointment
I really don't get it, their bad performance wasn't expected as they were a fluke?
its still disapointing, whether or not they were a fluke or not. a team that was 24-1 before the kru game shouldnt lose out like that
