the VIT core next year is probably Sayonara Less Derke, which is honestly pretty solid.

surely they build a good team around those three

posted 1 day ago

do you want him to stay on VIT or go back to Americas?

posted 1 day ago

Less generally looks like a very laid back guy

posted 1 day ago

he skipped some parts completely, trexx situation was one of them

generally looked like he wanted to give some transparency about the team situation while not creating drama

posted 1 day ago

basically the most important thing is that you need to keep your team accountable at all times, and you need to have those important harsh conversations to keep evolving as the squad

posted 1 day ago

TLDR -

After winning Kickoff in a reverse sweep against Liquid, the team started slacking a little bit and didn't have the harsh conversations.
They did win, but they lost their two best maps, and their confidence taken a big hit.

They beaten T1 and DRX at Masters, but those victories seemed shallow and bitter. Less says that the team didn't have the necessary harsh talks due to them winning. Says T1 posted on Twitter that they'd not lose to Vitality again, so they knew "T1 had THIS conversation".

They lost to G2 after not picking Tejo "for some reason" and fell to the Lower Bracket. In the Lower Bracket they get rolled by T1. Split was the decider map, but due to the Kickoff Grand Finals loss on Split, they couldn't get it together and focus.

Says Haven became some kind of a bad omen for them, because they keep losing this map despite rating it as their best and having good scrim performances on it

should I support Hakikimori GC here

posted 1 day ago

getting Slowly is out of the picture I think because EDG would've already done it if they could 🤔

posted 1 day ago

-Jieni -Muggle(or move him to assistant coach)
+DeLb +Sword9(as Head Coach) from AG

AG is a bit of a feeder org anyway+EDG should have enough money to make those moves possible

DeLb can play Yoru if needed+he's a very flexible player

Thoughts?
