NIP might be able to win this. DRX play is too slow & tactical like Fnatic
Unpredictable, just like many other matches. Apparently a lot has changed. By the end of this VCT, we'll be able to get a sense of how things will be for the rest of the year.
NIP has a good chance of winning this series, they will have to take the Jail Valorant to its maximum because DRX is a very tactical team just like LOUD but they don't have the aim of the gods just like LOUD, so they can force individual confrontations and other bold moves to break DRX's coordination. It's going to be a tough match, I think it's going to be 2-1 for one of the teams but I'm rooting for NIP.

My heart wants a NIP win, but I think DRX is just the perfect counter to how NIP plays. Hopefully they prove me wrong, but I think it's a DRX 2 x 1 NIP here.

Muitos ainda estão insistindo em subestimar o NIP. Estão se esquecendo do quanto uma mudança de coach pode influenciar os resultados de uma equipe. O Nip tem se mostrado outro time após a entrada do Fluyr.
Por outro lado, a DRX tem se mostrado um bom time, porém o que esses caras fizeram para serem considerados tão fortes? Uma line que teve o mesmo desempenho do Brasil no último Champions. Venceram o pior time do masters ontem.

Since first they pick reyna, i knew it's done. I don't know why NIP pick reyna but didn't play aggresive. Reyna is risky agent when u don't have better aim and better approach to the situation.

ez game for DRX, as I said yesterday NiP is very bad and fnatic is prob the weaker team in this tournament with Zeta
Alright so I only watched icebox and I don't think NIP was very confident going onto that map as they completely changed their team comp. I think it goes without saying that NIP is an extremely talented team but their strategies are heavily flawed.
Icebox: Okay so firstly, why in the fuck are you playing Reyna on any map in a competitive setting? Literally anything is better? Reyna gets absolutely no value on this map. Move Xand to chamber and Jonn to jett. NIP did a lot better of a job to pressure the plant. Round 1 could have gone to NIP if bezn1 got there just a little faster. Round 1 it seemed as if there was a bit of preparation that did occur as they did pressure the top site plant better than zeta did. But even then, Mako had free lurks up mid and just DRX out aiming NIP. A lot of the time that DRX played aggressive when plant was denied NIP simply did not seem ready for it? Looked like Guard vs SEN all over again. Incorporating a chamber and having the sova drone down mid to allow an aggressive chamber trip would've been a good idea to at least stop Mako maybe just once or twice. I mean considering the 2 defensive rounds won were a bonus round from DRX and another was when they have 25 seconds left to get the bomb down in a 5v4 setting it was pretty atrocious (NIP map pick btw :/)
