Valorant has a better default competitive mode and anti-cheat. if you want to seriously play competitively in cs you basically have to play faceit or esea now.
Cs has community servers and custom gamemodes and maps which I still play today, (addicted to zombie mode)
Cs players who stick with it to this day over valorant have their reasons just like how valorant players have their own reasons over counter strike
the major for cs was good, only the finals bo3 was a little underwhelming in the last 2 maps. also bo3 finals is enforced by valve, so tournaments have to do it.
the trophy at the major was a replacement because a protester who was paid by a gambling site broke it two days earlier.
I play both games and enjoy elements of both, if you genuinely think valorant clears cs then I'm just gonna assume you never played it.
