I think we should just move VCT EMEA to a country, where the visa issues are minimal and the quality of life are high. I don't think Germany is ideal, especially living there for 12+ years, my whole life almost. I think moving it to Madrid or Barcelona might be a good start, because there are Spanish ORG's and there are no DACH ORG's in VCT EMEA, which is a shame.
